A Credit Card Transaction fee of 1% will be charged on all payments made by Credit Card. Debit Card transactions will attract a 15 cent transaction fee.
Holding Fee
One nights accommodation is required to secure your holding on the accommodation and must be paid within 7 days of booking being placed. Xmas and Long Weekends require a holding fee equal to 25% of the total tariff.
Refunds and Cancellations
Xmas & Long Weekend bookings will be refunded 80% of the holding fee lodged if the booking is cancelled more than 90 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. Bookings cancelled after this period will forfeit the full amount of the holding fee lodged.
At other times bookings cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival will be refunded 80% of the holding fee. Bookings cancelled after that period will result in forfeiture of the full amount of the holding fee lodged.
Where a party is occupying accommodation and leave prior to departure date, refunds will not be given
